The European Union Organic certification is the world's most stringent organic standard. It verifies that our entire production chain 鈥?from soil preparation and seedling cultivation to harvesting, processing, and packaging 鈥?contains zero synthetic pesticides, zero chemical fertilizers, and zero GMOs. Every batch is audited by accredited third-party certifiers and is fully traceable to our Guizhou mountain garden.
Guizhou Province was the first in China to legally ban glyphosate in all tea gardens, and our plantation has never used chemical herbicides. "Better weeds than glyphosate" is more than a slogan 鈥?it is law. Independent lab tests consistently confirm undetectable levels of glyphosate residues in our tea, a critical advantage for the European market where MRL standards are tightening.
The only black tea from Jiangsu Province to win Gold. Organized by the World Tea Union and hosted by the Danish Tea Culture Association, the International Famous Tea Competition is the most authoritative global tea evaluation event. Judges from China, Japan, Korea, USA, and India evaluate entries based on appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste, sweetness-return, and endurance across multiple steepings. Our "Detian Yanhong" black tea scored highest among hundreds of black tea entries worldwide.
Jiangsu Province's most prestigious tea quality evaluation, named after Lu Yu 鈥?the "Sage of Tea" who wrote the world's first tea encyclopedia, The Classic of Tea (760 CE). The Special Prize is the highest accolade awarded. Our black tea claimed the top position in 2018.
The 5th China Tea Olympics (Zhongguo Cha Ao Hui) brings together the nation's finest producers across all tea categories. Our entry placed third in the fiercely competitive Black Tea category 鈥?a testament to the quality of our craft.
In 2019, two of our tea products were recognized at the World Green Tea Competition, marking Yihuchun as a producer capable of excellence across multiple tea types 鈥?not just black tea. This recognition further elevated our profile on the global stage.
The China Tea Marketing Association is the national-level industry organization governing tea production standards, market regulation, and international trade promotion. Our executive council membership places us at the heart of China's tea industry policymaking.
As Vice Chair of the Jiangsu Tea Association, we actively contribute to provincial tea quality standards, processing technique innovation, and the promotion of Jiangsu's tea culture both domestically and internationally.
Innovation goes beyond the leaf 鈥?our in-house packaging design team holds 9 industrial design patents for tea packaging, and our brand portfolio includes 72 registered trademarks, including "Detian" (寰楀ぉ), "Detian Yanhong" (寰楀ぉ宀╃孩), and "Yihuchun" (涓€澹舵槬).
